Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn in water, visibly used, damaged, or altered.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refunds

Exchanges

If you need a different color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right.

Promotional, clearance, or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
